Sax Chair

The Sax Armchair comes in the wake of Grude as one more upholstered option. Its formal conception suggests the maximum comfort for longer periods, in reading a book, in appreciating a wine, in interesting/interested talks among old friends. The creation process begins with sketches followed by the modeling of the piece in a natural scale for study of ergonomics and shape. From the mold the wood is cut, glued and pressed, to then proceed to thinning and finishing. With the finished piece is made and installed the upholstery in canvas type futon.
