This piece was created with the direct intention of the warmth and total relaxation that a Sunday afternoon after lunch suggests and requests. Its shell shape wraps the user in a cocoon of peace and quiet refreshment. The creation process begins with sketches followed by the modeling of the piece in a natural scale for study of ergonomics and shape. From the mold the wood is cut, glued and pressed, to then proceed to thinning and finishing.
